Leesfield & Partners is happy to release the 2010 Summer edition of its Florida Resort Torts Report
The Florida Offices of Leesfield & Partners, joined by the Orlando/Central Florida offices of Bounds Gonzalez are pleased to report to our clients and friends in the legal community the expansion of our Resort Torts Practice Area with emphasis on:
- Negligent Security crime related injuries at Theme Parks, Hotels and Resorts, and Cruise Ships
- Theme parks and tourist attractions – premises injuries
- Hotel resort accommodations – premises negligence
- Cruise ship and cruise excursion injuries
- Injuries arising in foreign venues
- Transportation and common carrier injuries and occurrences
- Motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, maritime and boating injuries
The Resort Torts Division will operate in all Florida locations with a heavy emphasis in the Orlando/Central Florida region in conjunction with Bounds Gonzalez, Of Counsel.
