Victim of Medical Negligence for failure to diagnose cardiac tamponade obtains $3,200,000 verdict

MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE – MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR VERDICT

The firms of Leesfield & Partners and Alters, Boldt, Rash, Brown & Culmo joined forces to obtain a $3.2 million verdict on behalf of Ruth Hudge and Charlie Hudge in a three-week trial before the Honorable Victoria Platzer.

The verdict was returned on July 2, 2008 after a prior settlement with other co-defendants. The recovery provided for a life-care plan taking care of the daily needs of Ruth Hudge as well as other special and general damages to improve her quality of life.
