Our attorneys were able to prove that the criminal assailant had been left alone to sleep out by the hotel pool to smoke crack. This assailant roamed around undetected by any security or hotel staff for several hours. He then stumbled into a room being cleaned by Plaintiff, a young Haitian housekeeper, and brutally raped her.
