Pennsylvania family recovers $500,000 for injuries to a special needs child in Orlando, Florida

A special needs child placed in a home care facility died after she choked during lunch. She was without enough oxygen for a long period of time which ultimately caused her to death. Leesfield & Partners filed a lawsuit in Central Florida against the facility and reached a $500,000 settlement on behalf of the parents.
