Florida Keys residents recover $1.1 million and $1.275 million in separate motorcycle and moped accidents with commercial vehicles

Leesfield & Partners recently settled two separate claims involving, in one, a motorcycle hit by the negligent drive of a motor vehicle and, in the other, the driver of a scooter being ran over by a commercial truck. Both plaintiffs sustained catastrophic injuries. Respective settlements of $1,000,000 and $1,275,000 were secured for these two clients.
