Family of brain damaged Fort Lauderdale child reaches $1.2 million settlement in pedestrian accident

The family of a young Fort Lauderdale resident child obtains a $1,200,000 settlement against the defendant owner of a motor vehicle after the driver ran over the child while he was crossing the street. The young child was able to recover from a traumatic brain injury he sustained when his head hit the road pavement.
