Adam Rose is a partner who has been with the firm since graduating with honors from the University of Miami School of Law. The entirety of his practice is devoted to representing injured persons, victims, and their families throughout Florida, and has represented clients from over 30 states and 11 countries. In the first six years of his career, Adam has successfully obtained over $165 million in compensation for his clients, including a record-setting $95 million verdict for a family whose daughter was killed and son left incapacitated by a drunk driver in Miami-Dade County.
While Adam actively litigates cases across the state, he maintains a prominent practice in Key West and Monroe County, where he currently serves as the Secretary of the Monroe County Bar Association. Keeping with the Firm’s tradition of vigorously advocating for victims of maritime and watersports accidents, Adam has handled numerous boating, jet ski, cruise excursion, and parasailing cases, and recently prosecuted an action against Sunset Watersports in Key West for killing a young couple after deploying their parasail in dangerously high winds. He has also published numerous articles on litigating maritime cases.
A staunch believer in the societal importance of personal injury law, Adam is determined to achieve the best results possible for each of his clients, and to hold companies accountable for their actions. As an advocate for consumer child safety, Adam has also represented families in various product liability lawsuits, including defective furniture leading to tip-overs, defective bicycles, and failed child pool fences.
