• Theme parks and tourist attractions - premises injuries
• Hotel resort accommodations - premises negligence
• Cruise ship and cruise excursion injuries
• Injuries arising in foreign venues
• Transportation and common carrier injuries and occurrences
• Motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, maritime and boating injuries

The Resort Torts Division will operate in all Florida locations with a heavy emphasis in the Orlando/Central Florida region in conjunction with Bounds Gonzalez, Of Counsel.
