Truck collision with Bicyclists results in $5,350,000 Settlement
On April 20, 2008, our bicycling client was off the road on the shoulder of the Overseas Highway when she was struck by a vehicle which was out of control while the driver was adjusting hid GPS system of his car. Having sustained multiple life threatening injuries, a recent settlement (October 2008) was reached in the amount of $5,350,000.
