Driving while on your Cell Phone
Ira H. Leesfield, recently wrote an article entitled “Driving While on the Cell Phone: Punitive Damage Awards Should Come Through Loud and Clear” published in the American Bar Association’s The Brief, Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section, Summer 2007, Vol. 36, No. 4.
