prominent Broward county family lost two loved ones when an out of control
vehicle crossed 3 lanes and crashed into their vehicle. One on the passengers
received serious injuries. In a partial settlement, the family received
$3,000,000 in Underinsured Motortist recovery. Additional claims remain.
