The U.S. Dept of State's Web site suggests texting 90999 to donate $10 to the Red Cross to help with relief efforts.

The survivors of the devastating earthquake in Haiti need our immediate help.  What we do right now determines how many lives we can save.  Together, we can help communities get back on their feet.  The Clinton Bush Haiti Fund has already received more than 131,000 contributions for relief and recovery efforts.
