Alexander J. A Maryland native, Mr. Perkins earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland in 1997 before moving to Florida, where he earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law and after having also studied law abroad at University College London in the United Kingdom.
